Bay Sunshine Events is a family-owned seasonal harvest, tourism and events business based in Tauranga. Founded in 2020, we run 1 location in the Bay of Plenty and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.

About the role

You will supervise events, packhouse lines or a guiding team through the busiest weeks of the year: rosters, equipment checks, health and safety, and keeping the crew motivated when the days run long. You will step in on the tools when the numbers demand it.

What you will bring

Supervisory experience in a seasonal or hospitality setting. Strong organisational skills and a cool head. Forklift licence, first aid or relevant outdoor qualifications depending on the role. Full driver licence and availability across the season.
