We are hiring a Packhouse Sorter to join Bay Packhouse Ltd in Te Puke.

Bay Packhouse Ltd is a family-owned seasonal harvest, tourism and events business based in Te Puke. Founded in 2019, we run 3 locations in the Bay of Plenty and employ a tight team that values doing the work well over scale.

About the role

You will be the friendly face of a busy summer operation: welcoming guests, checking tickets or bookings, keeping facilities clean and helping the guides or the packhouse team wherever the day needs you. Weekend and public holiday work is part of the season.

What you will bring

Great with people and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Basic first aid an asset. Available for the whole season including Christmas and New Year. A driver licence helps for shuttle and yard roles.

Required Qualifications

  • NZ work rights, or a valid RSE or working holiday visa
  • Reliable and punctual; crews depend on each other
  • Warm gear for ski roles, sun protection for harvest roles
